little man update

Our little man just turned eleven months and here's a little about what he has been up to.  He is a super fast crawler, and is soooo close to walking.  In the past few days he's been a little more brave - taking 5 or 6 steps and then sitting down.  He also likes to get in this funny proposal stance with one knee up and one on the ground.

this time he even stuck his hand out :)

He loves opening and closing doors, flipping light switches, pulling things out of cabinets and shelves, and finding the tiniest little piece of grass/trash on the floor and trying to eat it.  He's very detailed.

He's always up for a ride on the firetruck or in the wagon (and not happy when its over), or splashing around in the bathtub.

He pretty much likes getting into/standing in/sitting in everything.  And recently he's started climbing under and over things.

He's very good at pushing buttons with his little finger and learning how to use his new toys.  He's an extremely good eater - not picky at all - we even tried spinach the other day and he didn't make a face. :)

Our little guy is a lot of fun, and when we can get him to sit still long enough we like to act silly and laugh together.  He even has this funny old-man wheeze laugh he does sometimes.

Of course its not all smiles - there's generally some crying involved when nap time comes around.
