outings

we have had some fun outings in the past month!  nana took us to the aquarium downtown, then B and I took little man to the zoo,  saw mamaw at the ranch, and for the finale we went with our friends to the children's museum!  here's some pics!

I realized the other day that E hadn't had spaghetti!  You have to have the classic spaghetti picture.  Everyone has one.  This time we used spaghetti squash (its actually really good).  He loved it!  

Man, its hot outside!  And its only June!  If you stay out for too long, you just have to run through a sprinkler to feel okay again.

Then, we saw a family of ducks just walking down our street!  We don't live near a pond or a lake, so I'm not quite sure where they came from, but later that day they ended up in our back yard! 

Aren't they so cute walking in a line together?  Luckily, we saw them before Zoe did or it would have been bad news for the ducks.

We have some molars coming in, so we are having a pretty hard time with that and being very clingy.  But I finally found a teether he will use, so I am excited about that.  He gives big hugs (wraps his arms and legs around you) and kisses.  Adorable.  And sometimes will let you hold his hand.  

He is very into tv all of a sudden and especially liking Elmo's world.  He continues to amaze us with the things he figures out and understands/recognizes.  

We've had a couple of fun outings lately so we'll update on those soon! 

flashback

Well,  BP and I just celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary.  We have actually been together for 9 years.  It has gone by so fast!  We (okay mostly me) have had 7 different jobs, have lived in 2 different apartments, purchased 2 different houses, had 3 dogs, and 1 kid.  We've been to New York, Las Vegas, Southern California, Mexico, Scotland, London, and all over Texas together.  A lot has happened and a lot has changed, but we still like each other.  :)  God has richly blessed us and continues to be our foundation.
